Breast lift augmentation with silicone breast implants.

Our patient is in her late 40’s and desired a more lifted and fuller look. Along with her lift she had 300 cc implant placed on the right and 270 cc implant on the left to account for some asymmetry. Both implants were moderate plus projection placed under the muscle. She is shown 6 months post op.

Our patient is in her mid fifties and just wanted to feel more confident wearing short sleeve and sleeveless shirts. My favorite part of her journey was her coming in and showing pictures of herself at the BTS concert without wearing a long sleeve jacket to cover up her arms. She is shown here 6 months post op after arm liposuction and excess skin excision with the scar on the posterior aspect of her arm.

This is why I have my patients sleep on their back for as long as they can past seven days. It doesn’t take much to change the course of your gynecomastia recovery. Unfortunately a gentleman that had surgery in Chicago a week ago developed post op bleeding in the middle of the night a week out from surgery. More than likely a blood vessel got sheared open as he turned while he slept.
