There’s something extra special about welcoming a longtime guest back. 💛

I had the honor of caring for Nelly’s hair for years before life took her away from Austin — and now she’s back! 🥰

We’ve missed her, her beautiful energy, and of course, her hair. ✨ Now we get to start a new little hair journey together — bringing it back to health, shine, and feeling like her again.

Nelly, welcome back to Austin and back to Luster. Your chair has missed you! 🤍

We added a little extra care to your shampoo experience 💜
Our new lavender-infused eye masks are here! Choose them warm or cool, close your eyes, and just be.
Paired with a relaxing scalp massage, this is your moment to unplug, reset, and fully melt into the experience.

Today is a big birthday for our Chloe ✨🎂

Your passion, creativity, and that sweet + perfectly geeky personality bring so much life into our space.
You’re always a yes for the team, always ready to help (and somehow also our unofficial tech support 😄), and always showing up with heart.
We’re so grateful for you, Chloe.
We hope this year brings you everything your heart desires—and more ♥️
Help us celebrate her today 🧡 Drop Chloe some birthday love in the comments!

One year with Cassandra 💜
And what a year it’s been…
From day one, she brought so much heart, care, and intention into everything she does. She’s not only an incredible artist behind the chair but also the kind of teammate everyone hopes for — supportive, present, and always lifting others up.
Our girls learn so much from her every day. Our guests feel it in every detail.
And we feel it in the energy she brings into our space.
We are so grateful for you, Cassandra. We love you 🤍
Here’s to many more years of growing together ✨
