Massage Myth #1: “No pain, no gain.” 💆‍♀️

Have you ever heard that a massage has to hurt to work? It’s one of the biggest myths out there.

The truth is, the best massage isn’t the most painful—it’s the one that’s tailored to your body, your needs, and your comfort level. The right amount of pressure can ease muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce stress, and leave you feeling refreshed without unnecessary discomfort.

Don’t be afraid to let your massage therapist know what feels good. Your comfort is part of the treatment.

✨ Relax. Recharge. Restore.

Book your massage at Golden Tress Salon | Spa and experience personalized care designed to help you feel your best.
