A FRIENDLY BUT FIRM REMINDER ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
We have experienced a significant increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations lately.
When you schedule an appointment at Rural Revival, that time is reserved specifically for YOU. Our providers prepare for your visit, our staff schedules around it, and we have others waiting for that same appointment.
When an appointment is missed or canceled at the last minute, it impacts far more than an empty spot on our schedule. It affects our providers, our staff, our small business, and other patients who would have gladly taken that appointment.
We work incredibly hard to accommodate our patients' schedules. We rearrange appointments, work through lunch breaks, squeeze patients into already full days, and do everything we reasonably can to make sure our patients have access to the care they need. But that flexibility and commitment need to be met with mutual respect.
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This policy is clearly outlined in our intake paperwork and agreed to by patients when establishing care with us.
We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. However, repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations are becoming more problematic.
Moving forward, we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy.
We work hard to provide high-quality, personalized care, and we ask that our patients extend that same level of respect to our providers, our staff, and their time.
We genuinely appreciate the patients who consistently respect their scheduled appointments and communicate with us when plans change. Thank you for helping us protect the time and care we dedicate to every patient. π€
