Join us for Camp Bliss, a FREE retreat welcoming women veterans, first responders, and women seeking healing from difficult life experiences.

Spend the day reconnecting, recharging, and experiencing the healing power of horses alongside fellow sisters in strength.

Special thanks to The Wonderful Company and the Cynthia Lake Charitable Trust for sponsoring Camp Bliss and making this day of healing, connection, and renewal possible.

Meet the Herd: Reina

Born as a surprise at a rescue, this beautiful 14-year-old Appaloosa/Shire cross grew up to become a talented vaulting horse, beginning her training with the award-winning OC Vaulters.

Since joining MARE in 2018, Reina has brought her talents to every program we offer, from vaulting and therapeutic riding to working with veterans.

At 16.2 hands, she has a big personality, loves being groomed, and has just enough stubbornness to remind us who’s really in charge! She’s even done a little modeling, but helping our participants shine is her most meaningful role. 🦄✨
