📞✨ Meet Navie, our new phone genie!

Navigating Wellness Primary Care’s new phone system is healow Genie, and we’ve named our AI assistant Navie. She’s smart, helpful, and ready to make getting things done easier!

Navie can help you:
💊 Submit prescription refill requests for our team to review and send to your pharmacy.
📅 Schedule or manage appointments.
📍 Get answers to common questions, including office hours and locations.
📨 Route requests and messages to the right team.

Please give Navie a chance to help before asking for a human. Many routine tasks can be handled without a live staff member, leaving our team more time for patient care and concerns that need personal attention.

Talk to her naturally, explain what you need, and let her finish her questions. Saying “I need a refill” gets her much further than repeatedly saying “HUMAN!” like you’re trying to break a spell. 🪄😉 It’s funny to listen too but not practical to get quick help!

Our team is still here when you need us. If Navie can’t resolve your request, explain what’s happening so it can be directed appropriately. Prescription requests still follow our usual clinical review and approval process.

Let Navie work her magic. She’s part of the team—and she doesn’t even steal our coffee. ☕💙

Nashville, here we come! 🎶🤠

Three of our Navigating Wellness team members are trading in their office shoes for cowboy boots as we head to Nashville, Tennessee! 💗🖤

We aren't just going for the country music and cowboy hats! 😉 We're on a mission to learn even more tips, tricks, and training for our new electronic health record system! 💻📚

Our goal? To bring back new knowledge, improve our workflows, and make your experience with Navigating Wellness even better! 💕

📢 A LITTLE OFFICE UPDATE:

The three of us will be out of the office starting this afternoon through Monday!

While we're away, our amazing Kellie and Hilda will be holding down the fort and keeping things running! 💪💗

We kindly ask that you please be patient with them as they work hard to manage phone calls, voicemails, text messages, emails, patient requests, and everything else that comes their way.

With a smaller crew in the office, response times may be a little longer than usual, but please know they are doing their absolute best to take care of everyone! ❤️

🚨 HAPPY MEDICAL ASSISTANT APPRECIATION WEEK to Jessica, Courtney, and Hilda—the women keeping Navigating Wellness from becoming a documentary titled “Well, That Escalated Quickly.” 🚨

Their job description says “medical assistant.” It should say:
✨ Chaos coordinator
✨ Phone whisperer
✨ Prior authorization cage fighter
✨ Finder of the Thing We Literally Just Had
✨ Professional interpreter of “Can you grab me the… you know… the thing?”
✨ Provider wrangler. Yes, me. Especially me.

They can room a patient, answer a question, track down paperwork, and locate a missing provider who wandered off on a side quest—all while someone says, “Do you have a quick second?”

THERE ARE NO QUICK SECONDS. THE SECONDS HAVE BEEN BOOKED THROUGH DECEMBER. 🫠

Jessica, Courtney, and Hilda: thank you for your skill, your compassion, your humor, and the Olympic-level patience it takes to work with this crew. Behind every “we’ve got this” is one of you actively making sure we do.

We appreciate the absolute heck out of you. You deserve raises, naps, snacks you don’t have to share, and a full day without hearing your name yelled down the hallway. 💙😂
