Happy National DPC Day! 💙
Today we’re celebrating the movement that brought medicine back to what it was always meant to be: a relationship between doctor and patient, not doctor and paperwork.

So, what exactly is DPC?
Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model that allows patients to have a more personal relationship with their doctor. It’s about more time, better access, and care that puts people first.

We didn’t leave medicine. We left the broken system that stood between us and our patients. At South Shore DPC, we’re proud to be part of a movement built on time, trust, and transparency.

Don’t toss those pumpkin seeds! Turn your Halloween pumpkin leftovers into a crunchy, delicious snack! A little fall fun with a nutritious twist! 🧡🎃

Ingredients

* 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (cleaned and dried)
* 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted coconut oil
* 1 tablespoon maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
* Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Clean pumpkin seeds and pat completely dry.
3. Toss seeds with oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
4. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crunchy.
6. Let cool and enjoy!
