With the holidays coming up and schedules getting extra busy, here’s a friendly reminder of our cancellation + no-show policy.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Our providers reserve this time especially for you, and giving us enough notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another patient on our waitlist.

We know life happens, we just ask that you give us as much notice as possible! 🫶🏼
