Evolve Tattoo & PMU Welcome to our page! We are a husband-and-wife–owned tattoo and permanent makeup studio in downtown Battle Ground, WA.

Ian is our tattoo artist, and Nicole provides permanent makeup services. A consultation and $100 deposit (plus applicable art fees) are required prior to booking an appointment. We cannot make appointments over the phone. The deposit is refundable on appointment day. If you need to cancel or change appointment please give at least 48 hour notice, if not your deposit will be forfeit and you will need to reschedule with double deposit amount. Art fees are non refundable and vary depending on design and complexity. We allow up to two edits before additional fees are assessed.
