Do your hips pop when doing leg lowering exercises? 👀
This exercise may look simple, but it challenges your core strength, pelvic stability, and hip control!
The goal isn’t just to lower your leg. It’s to CONTROL the movement without letting your lower back arch or your pelvis shift.
🔥 Keep your core engaged
🔥 Move slowly and with control
🔥 Only lower as far as you can maintain good form
If your hip pops, try reducing your range of motion or modifying the exercise. Popping isn’t always a sign something is wrong, but painful popping shouldn’t be pushed through.
Control first. Strength follows. 💪
