Cultivate Physical Therapy Cultivate was created because of a stirring that God wanted me to reach people where they are. Dr. Katie Keck, PT, DPT, CDNT

Hi! My name is Katie Keck.

I believe that healing is not just physical but internal, and Cultivate strives to form a relationship to meet your goals to live a pain and dizziness free life I have been a physical therapist for 11 years. I am passionate about all things Vestibular and Orthopedic. I fell in low with Vestibular Rehab when I was in PT school. The experience was new for me, and I saw how many people were affected by dizziness. I saw the toll that it takes on people, and I also realized how often the symptoms are pushed aside or overlooked as "normal". There are many causes to dizziness, and I want to help people understand where their symptoms are coming from and to lead them in the right direction for treatments. Everyone deserves to live a life free from dizziness and pain. I graduated from East Tennessee State University's DPT program in 2014. I started my career being heavily trained in Orthopedic manual therapy, and in 2016 furthered my education in Vestibular Rehabilitation through Emory University's Competency Certification. I am currently finishing up my Advanced Vestibular Physical Therapy Certification through The University of Pittsburgh. I am also a Certified Dry Needling Therapist (CDNT), which is a great tool for both my Vestibular and Orthopedic clients. I am excited to bring this knowledge and skill to serve my community. When I am not treating clients, you can find me hanging out with my husband or playing outside with my 3 kiddos and sweet dog, Ruby. I love to spend time outside in God's creation and take the kids to the park. You can also find me curled up in a cozy chair reading a good book when there is a quiet moment.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll keep saying it, Cultivate has so many meanings to me. This was gifted to me from a friend, and it is just another reminder that God loves us even in the small things.
