☀️ NEW MUSIC HAS ARRIVED IN THE HARMONIC EGG®! ☀️

I am SO excited to introduce a beautiful new music experience now available at Harmonic Life Studio:
✨ Rays of the Soul ✨
by Harmony Pavett Music and Hans Christian

Inspired by the ancient Surya Mantra — the mantra of the sun, this music was created around the energy of radiance, vitality, clarity, confidence and purpose.

And I absolutely love the intention behind this one. 💛

Think about what the sun represents...
It rises.
It illuminates.
It brings warmth.
It helps us see what was hidden in the darkness.

Rays of the Soul was created as an invitation to reconnect with that same light within yourself.

This may be a beautiful session to choose when you're feeling ready for a little more:
☀️ Clarity and focus
☀️ Energy and inspiration
☀️ Creativity and motivation
☀️ Confidence
☀️ Forward movement
☀️ Connection to your own sense of purpose

Inside the Harmonic Egg®, you'll experience the music surrounded by light, sound and frequency — while you simply lie back, get comfortable and allow yourself some time away from all the noise of everyday life.

And this is the part I love most...
Sometimes we don't need to find the light.

We just need enough quiet to remember it's already there. ☀️

Rays of the Soul is now available at Harmonic Life Studio.

If this one is calling to you, send me a message or book your Harmonic Egg® session on-line (www.harmoniclifestudio.com) and tell me you want to experience Rays of the Soul. 💛

I can't wait to hear what you think of this one.

Lately I've been thinking about something...

What if you don't need to become someone else?

What if the strongest, wisest, most peaceful version of you isn't something you have to create...

What if she's someone you simply need to remember?

I think life has a way of burying us beneath expectations, responsibilities, fear, people-pleasing, and old stories.

After enough years, we start believing those layers are who we are.

I don't think they are.

I think beneath all of it is the person you were always meant to be.

Maybe growth isn't about adding more.

Maybe it's about letting go of what no longer belongs.

Maybe coming home to yourself is the greatest transformation of all.

💛

I'd love to know...

When was the last time you felt most like you?

🐾August is Pet Wellness Month at Harmonic Life Studio! 🐾
Our pets love us unconditionally. This August, let's give a little of that love back.

Throughout the month, I'm offering Remote Harmonic Egg® Pet Sessions for just $49 (regularly $75).

I recently read an incredible story from fellow Harmonic Egg® Guardian Ashley Young about her cat, Monkey. After a devastating lynx attack left Monkey paralyzed, Ashley made the heartbreaking decision to schedule euthanasia.

Before that appointment, she decided to try something different...
A remote Harmonic Egg® session.

What happened over the following days amazed her. Monkey gradually regained strength, walked to her litter box, and eventually returned to running around the house.

Ashley doesn't claim to know exactly why Monkey responded the way she did, and neither do I. Every animal is unique, and no specific outcome can ever be promised.

But one sentence from her story really touched my heart:
"Animals don't carry the limiting beliefs, expectations, or doubts that humans often do. They simply receive."

Whether your pet is:
🐾 Feeling anxious or stressed
🐾 Aging or slowing down
🐾 Recovering from an illness or injury
🐾 Adjusting to changes at home
🐾 Or you simply want to support their overall well-being...
A remote Harmonic Egg® session offers a gentle, relaxing way to nurture them from the comfort of their own home.

Happy 4th of July! ❤️🤍💙

Today we celebrate 250 years of freedom, courage, and the incredible spirit that built our nation.

As we gather with family and friends, may we also take a moment to be grateful—for the freedoms we enjoy, the people we love, and the opportunities we have to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

I wish you a safe, joyful, and peaceful Independence Day.

🇺🇸 Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it is a time to reflect, honor, and hold gratitude in our hearts for the heroes who never came home.
As we gather with family and friends today, may we also take a quiet moment to remember those who served with honor and made the ultimate sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙
Wishing everyone a peaceful and meaningful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸
