🎃 PLANNING A HALLOWEEN LOOK? READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR FACIAL PIERCING! 👻

If you’re wanting a new nose, eyebrow, or other facial piercing but plan on wearing heavy makeup, special effects makeup, or face paint for Halloween, I’d recommend waiting until AFTER Halloween to book that appointment! 🖤

Fresh piercings are healing wounds, and applying makeup or face paint too close to a new piercing can introduce bacteria, cause irritation, and potentially make healing more difficult. Not to mention all the rubbing and scrubbing it takes to get that makeup off! 😬

✨ My advice? Enjoy your Halloween look, take all the pictures, and then come see me for that new piercing!

Your future piercing (and your healing process) will thank you. 🖤

✨ I will now be requiring a $5 deposit for all appointments to protect myself and my time! Thank you for your understanding and if you have any issues with booking please message me! ✨

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and deposits help protect that time. Please read the following policy before booking.

• 2-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

• One-Time Reschedule: You are allowed ONE reschedule per deposit. If you need to change your appointment a second time, no further rescheduling will be permitted, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

• Cancellations & Deposits: If you choose to cancel your appointment rather than reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are nonrefundable and are used to compensate for the time reserved for your appointment.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice and missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and will not qualify for rescheduling under your existing deposit.

• Serious Emergencies: I understand that life happens. Serious, unexpected circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion.

By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

I absolutely love getting to be part of these sweet milestones, helping little girls feel brave, cheering them on, and letting them pick out their own pretty jewelry to make the moment even more special. 💗

‼️This tiny 8mm hinged hoop with decorative texture was placed in a fresh daith piercing 2 YEARS AGO here in Beaumont. ‼️

-The first problem with this is that 8mm is a very small diameter for a fresh daith piercing that’s gonna swell as it’s healing.
-The second problem is that hinged hoops don’t have a seamless closure so as the hoop rotated through the piercing it caused micro tears and irritation that led to irritation bumps and discomfort.
-The third problem is the decorative texture. Do I really have to explain why the texture on the jewelry is gonna cause problems in a fresh piercing?

Her piercing was still causing her pain and discomfort 2 years later and it’s 100% because of the jewelry that was installed by a professional who should’ve known better.

This is the reason I will always continue to educate myself to learn and grow and strive to do better. Because as someone that offers a service that can potentially cause my client problems and discomfort if I don’t do it right, it’s my duty to my clients to make sure I give them the best experience possible. I’m not perfect but one thing about me is I will turn you down for a piercing if I feel like I can’t do it, I don’t have the jewelry for it, or you don’t have the anatomy for it. And I will always own up to my mistakes. If I made a mistake I will tell you then and there so I can fix it for you. I hope to inspire other piercers or professionals that offer services in the area to do the same for their clients. Because one thing is for sure, if you don’t own up to the problem, the client will go somewhere else and they will tell the client about the problem 100%.

Whoever did this to this poor woman needs to do the same as a professional. They should have never willingly and knowingly put this into their client. This is a perfect example of piercers that care about the money over their clients wellbeing.
