๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽWe here at A Broken Spur Riding Academy want to Congratulate "Reno" also known by his Registered Appaloosa name Nevada Handyman for becomimg Boehringer Ingelheim Equine Health's Most Inspiring Journey horse as he lives as a therapy horse diagnosed with PPID, better known as Cushings. Reno is the most loved and appreciated here and despite his age of 27 he still remains to be the gentleman who brings smiles to everyone of all ages! Reno this year 2026 has also won another prestigous award which we CANNOT AND WILL NOT SHARE until Dec 8, 2026 but this appears to be Reno's year to shine bright.

A Broken Spur Riding Academy is thrilled to announce our organization was chosen by American Quarter Horse Association to be a recipient of the AQHLearn Grant program where we receive AQHA literature to aid us in our equine assisted learning sessions. This gives us ideas and tips for better sessions! We are so greatful!
