Your mental health deserves more than whatever time is left over. 💙

Today is World Mental Health Day, a reminder to check in with yourself, ask for support, and give rest an actual spot on the calendar. Yes, even with the laundry situation.

At Breathe Gravity Spa, massage, float therapy, and Thai yoga bodywork offer time to step away from the demands of the day and focus on yourself. They can be part of your self-care routine, alongside professional mental health care when you need it.

You don’t have to finish everything before you’re allowed to take a break.
