When a friend mentions to a friend, that’s the vibe I grow on and the one that gave me the incredible honor to share at Graceful Journey Assisted Living.

I played, we chatted, we played together. Even got some tuning fork time in. Made new friends, 2 being over 100, which if you know me, you know I am in all. The ocean drum, always a favorite, leveled up when one of the ladies, after playing the ocean drum for awhile, shared that she grew up near the beach. She would go down to the water, when she felt tension at home and the waves always made her feel more calm. She said the drum brought back so many childhood memories. I wasn’t sure i was going to get it back lol then someone told me she just turned 100 🩷 if you are looking for a wonderful place for a family member or friend to continue their journey please check out Graceful Journey Holistic Assisted Living. It’s BEAUTIFUL, everyone is the sweetest and they are having so much fun. Can’t wait to visit again next month.

When your 50th Google Review is extra special because it came from the person who facilitated your very first live sound bath experience — and then, in 2020, the universe brought your paths together again as she became your landlord, holding space for your studio, creating a safe container for you to plant roots, expand, and spread your wings.

Feeling deeply grateful for this full-circle moment. 🌙✨

Thank you Kelley Duncan 🩷🎶

Got to share Full Moon vibes this past Thursday as we honored the Moon in Aries—a reminder to trust ourselves, find courage to step forward and allow the path to reveal itself as you go🔥 🌕✨

As always, thank you to all the amazing people who joined me and shared their beautiful energy.

When your wife attended a sound bath on a recent corporate trip and now you are standing in a singing bowl and having fun playing sound. That’s how it is, you’ve been warned, sound and vibes are addictive- it’s a good thing ✨🎶🩷

When you’re ready to elevate your time together, relax and connect to yourself & each other, check out link in bio.

If you are one of the many who come in to the studio and say wow it smells amazing in here, here is one of my secrets- homemade, organic grown Flordia Water. Gathering most of the ingredients from your yard adds extra love, sunshine and intention.

Sharing vibes & butterflies with amazing people. It was a beautiful day 🦋🩷🎶☀️

I release what no longer serves me.
I trust the journey unfolding before me.
I am grounded, I am open, I am free.
Like the butterfly, I embrace transformation
and allow myself to rise.
