The garden is about women who have been tending to everyone else and ready to tend to themselves.
Women who are ready to nourish their nervous systems, create with their hands, and share a beautifully crafted meal together.
Women who love the idea of wandering through a flower farm creating their own wreath, connecting, and just being.
Women who would like to end the evening with a sound meditation, and ground themselves.
The inspiration is from the goddess Demeter.
What you will experience by attending: gentle nervous system practices, wreath workshop, beautifully crafted dinner, rituals, and community.
