Today, I had the privilege of welcoming one of our breast cancer awareness giveaway winners Mikayla Mugrage to TheraPoint Massage Company! Mikayla is a current fighter and we want to give her all of our love and support and she continues this battle!

This giveaway is about so much more than relaxation. It’s about celebrating strength, recognizing the journeys these incredible women have been through, and reminding them that they are loved and supported. 💕

And we’re not done yet!

Working with our hands can be TOUGH!

Whether you’re sitting at a computer all day, working in a trade, or constantly using your hands for repetitive tasks, your forearm muscles are putting in WORK!

As a massage therapist, I see clients who experience discomfort in their wrists, hands, or elbows without realizing that tightness and tension in their forearm muscles may be contributing to the problem!

That’s why my approach goes beyond simply working on the area that hurts. I also look at the surrounding muscles and how they work together to identify areas of tension and movement restrictions that may be contributing to your discomfort.

✨ Sometimes, where you feel the pain isn’t the only place that needs attention!

So, who else thinks their forearms could use a little TLC? 🙋‍♀️

🎀 A LITTLE GIVEAWAY UPDATE! 🎀

What started as one complimentary massage giveaway for Breast Cancer Awareness Month has now turned into SIX massage giveaways thanks to some incredibly generous people who wanted to help make this even more special. 💗

Tonight, I drew two names from our list of nominated breast cancer fighters and survivors, which means we still have FOUR more massages to give away this month!

Our next drawing will be Tuesday, October 20, when I’ll choose two more names from the growing list of nominations. So please keep sharing the original post and keep those names pouring in! 🎀 (the original post is pinned on the top of my business page)

And I’m especially excited about next week’s giveaway…

One of the two massages will be a complimentary 60-minute massage with TheraPoint Massage Company, and the other has been generously sponsored by my good friend and fellow massage therapist at Wild Nurture 💕

As many of you know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this is a cause that is very personal to me.

My grandmother was a breast cancer fighter, and I have many friends and family members who have faced breast cancer, are survivors, or are currently undergoing treatment.

This October, I wanted to find a small way for TheraPoint Massage Company to recognize and support some of those incredible people. 💗

So today, October 6th, I’m posting a special nomination giveaway. Between now and October 13th, I’m asking you to nominate a breast cancer survivor or someone currently undergoing treatment.

All you have to do is tag them in the comments on this post and tell me who you’d like to nominate. If you’d rather keep your nomination private, you’re also welcome to send me a message.

On October 13th, I’ll randomly select one person who was nominated to receive a complimentary 60-minute massage from TheraPoint Massage Company. 🎀

You can nominate a friend, family member, coworker, or someone special in your life who deserves an hour dedicated completely to themselves.
