It’s been a week full of sweet babies, tiny snuggles, and some pretty full hearts here at Belton Health Spa. 🥹🤍

One of the most special parts of what we do is getting to walk alongside women through some of life’s biggest moments.

From those very first pregnancy confirmation ultrasounds, to supporting families through fertility challenges, to finally getting to hold the little miracles they’ve been waiting for.

Some of these sweet babies are part of families Erika has had the privilege of supporting through multiple pregnancies. Others are the happy endings to journeys that took a little extra hope, patience, and care.

And getting to see those tiny faces in person? That’s a pretty incredible full-circle moment.

We’re so grateful for the families who trust us with these chapters of their lives. And we’re always, always happy when they come back for baby snuggles. 🤍

We’re so excited to welcome Jackie Davis, CMA, to the Belton Health Spa family!

With over 10 years of healthcare experience in family medicine and dermatology, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge, a caring heart, and the kind of personality that makes you feel like you’ve known her forever.

When she’s not taking care of patients, she’s busy being a wife to Jeff and mom to their two boys, Brazos and Branson. She loves camping, traveling, shopping, and making memories with her favorite people.

Meet Galleri®, a multi-cancer early detection blood test available at Belton Health Spa.

Unlike traditional screenings that focus on one specific type of cancer, Galleri looks for cancer-associated DNA signals in your bloodstream, including signals from cancers that don’t currently have recommended routine screening tests.

✨ What you should know:
• Screens for signals associated with 50+ types of cancer
• Requires a simple blood draw
• Can help identify where a detected cancer signal may be coming from
• Recommended for adults at elevated cancer risk, such as those 50+

Early detection matters. And knowing your options matters, too.

Galleri is an additional screening tool, not a replacement for mammograms, colonoscopies, or other recommended screenings. It cannot detect every cancer, false results are possible, and further testing is needed to confirm a positive result.

Microneedling: What to expect during recovery! 👀

• Day 0: Tiny micro-injuries kickstart your skin’s natural healing response.
• Day 1: Redness, warmth, tightness and mild swelling are common.
• Day 3: Dryness, flaking and peeling may occur as your skin heals.
• Day 5: Redness and peeling typically subside, and skin begins feeling smoother.
• Day 7: Skin is usually looking calmer and smoother, sometimes brighter, but collagen remodeling is just getting started!

✨ Visible healing takes days. Collagen remodeling takes weeks to months.

Microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering the skin’s natural wound-healing response and stimulating collagen and elastin production.

What can microneedling help improve?
