It’s officially Laser Season in Bend, OR. 🍂✨

With cooler weather settling in across Central Oregon, fall is the ideal time to calm skin flare-ups, rebuild your barrier, and address persistent skin concerns.

If you’re struggling with facial redness, rosacea flare-ups, or active breakouts, the ADVATx™ Solid-State Laser is our favorite non-invasive solution—delivering clearer, calmer skin without hurting your schedule.

Why ADVATx™ is the ultimate fall skin reset:

Targets Facial Redness & Rosacea: Uses an FDA-cleared 589nm laser wavelength to target superficial vascular lesions, significantly reducing persistent facial flushing and visible blood vessels.

Treats Active Inflammatory Acne: Uses an FDA-cleared 1319nm wavelength to pe*****te deep into the dermis, helping to regulate sebum production and target acne-causing bacteria without harsh prescription topicals.

Smooths Acne Scars & Refines Texture: Stimulates fresh collagen production to help improve the appearance of post-acne scarring and fine lines.

Zero Social Downtime: Unlike aggressive chemical peels or ablative lasers, ADVATx leaves no peeling, flaking, or downtime—just an instant, healthy "ADVA Glow."

Fall sessions allow you to complete a recommended 3-treatment series just in time to feel confident and clear-skinned for holiday photos and winter travel.

Physician-led care for healthy, radiant skin—right in the heart of Downtown Bend.

Fall is right around the corner here in Bend, and after a long high desert summer, our skin has been through a lot. Between the intense high-altitude sun, dry mountain air, and endless outdoor adventures, late summer skin can often feel dehydrated, uneven, or dull.

It’s time to move into recovery mode.

Laser facials and chemical peels are the ultimate autumn reset. By shedding sun-damaged surface cells and stimulating fresh collagen production, these treatments don't just restore your glow—they allow your daily skincare products to pe*****te deeper and work even better.

The secret to structural skin clarity isn’t found in a complex skincare routine—it’s found in advanced clinical physics. 🔬

At Dr. B MedSpa, we are proud to offer the ADVATx Laser, one of the most sophisticated laser technologies available in Central Oregon.

Unlike older, aggressive lasers that damage the skin surface to force healing, ADVATx uses a patented "cool" pulse delivery to target damaged tissue beneath the surface.

Why Dr. Barrientos chooses ADVATx for our patients:

• Dual-Wavelength Precision: Safely targets both vascular issues (redness) and sun damage/pigment issues (brown spots) in a single session.
• Collagen Remodeling: Naturally plumps the skin structure to minimize pore size and fine lines.
• All Skin Types: Unlike many traditional lasers, ADVATx is FDA-approved and safe for all skin tones, all year round.

Experience a personalized facial skin treatment plan designed by an MD with comprehensive surgical training for natural, balanced results.

Getting my own skin reset in. 🤍

A Bend summer is genuinely hard on skin.

This is the reset. Deep cleanse, rehydrate, calm everything down, get the barrier working again before the last stretch of sun.

Call to book your facial with Camille at Dr. B Medspa

Time for a skin reset. ☀️

Nobody tells you what a Bend summer actually does to your skin. Six weeks of SPF layered over fine trail dust. Smoke in the air. Chlorine, river water, and humidity in the single digits pulling moisture out faster than you can put it back.

By the end of July it shows up as congestion, dullness, dehydration lines, and a flush that doesn't fade the way it used to.

A midsummer facial isn't indulgent — it's maintenance. Deep cleanse, rehydrate, calm the redness, and get your barrier back in shape before the last stretch of sun.

And the corrective work — the peels for sun spots and broken capillaries? That starts soon, when the UV finally backs off. Book your reset facial with Camille now, and we'll map out your end of Summer skincare routine while you're here.

Every DAXXIFY® treatment at Dr. B MedSpa is personally performed by Dr. Barrientos, MD. Not delegated. Ever.
