You may have already seen Leslie around—she has been part of the Basis Health team for a couple of months and has been an amazing addition! 🩺💙

As one of our APRNs, Leslie cares for patients in our senior living communities, helps see patients in the office, and provides care through our mobile urgent care services.

🚨 Basis Health is hiring! 🚨

We’re looking for a Full-Time APRN – Mobile Primary Care to join our team in Northwest Arkansas.

This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys building relationships with patients, working independently in the field, and helping make healthcare more accessible in the communities we serve.

🩺 What the role looks like:
• Provide primary care visits in patients’ homes and community settings
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Coordinate labs, imaging, and other diagnostic services
• Educate patients and families
• Collaborate with our clinical team to support quality patient care

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🚫 No weekends
📍 Northwest Arkansas – Mobile/Field-Based

Qualifications:
• Active Arkansas APRN license
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• Primary care experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Reliable transportation required

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and ready to be part of a team focused on providing convenient, patient-centered care throughout Northwest Arkansas.

🩺 You may have seen a new face around Basis Health lately—meet Amber Reed, our new Mobile Urgent Care Nurse! Although chances are, you may already know her—she’s been in the healthcare game for a while. 😉

Some people have a way of making it feel like they’ve always been part of the team, and Amber is one of them. With years of nursing experience and a genuine passion for caring for others, she has already made such a positive impression on our patients and team.
