Yay Happy news, Starting on Aug 6th we will now be open on Thursdays to accommodate more for our existing patients and for new ones! Our hours will be :
Sunday/Monday/Tues - Closed
Wed/Thurs 9-5
Friday/Saturday - 9-6
We take most insurances
Working on credentialing with the new Freeman Health Insurance since NW has changed to the BCBS Missouri
Please remember:
Always call the pharmacy first to initiate any refills that are needed. please call them at least a week before they are due to ensure you do not run out.
Always call/text the office first if you need to move, cancel or schedule an appointment. Please keep in mind that there is a $50 no-show fee or if you are canceling same day.
The second preferred method is to please use the portal. These are the 3 best ways to reach us and make sure we are handling your needs. After hours calls will go directly to VM please leave your name, DOB and brief message. It can take up to 48 hours to return your call especially if it is during closed hours.
If we have discussed sending in a referral or testing order and they have not called you after 1 week please let us know so we can call and see what the issue is
If we have submitted a Prior Authorization for prescriptions and or testing please keep in mind. It can take 2 to 3 weeks for your insurance to get those prior authorizations approved or denied.
