We know a new model comes with questions, so let's answer a couple of the big ones.

No, you don't have to join to remain a patient. Membership is completely optional, and you're always welcome to continue on an à la carte basis.

As for the patient portal: clinical messaging (appropriate, brief clinical questions related to your established care) becomes an included membership benefit. Administrative communication like scheduling, billing, and paperwork stays available to all patients at no charge, member or not.
