I’m sharing this from my own life experience. As a spiritual empath and healer, I’ve learned that some of life’s lessons lead us to face where we lack self-love.

In the past, I’ve been in toxic relationships. Even when we are deeply loving people, insecurity can make it harder to recognize when a relationship is draining us. Learning to love ourselves helps us trust our intuition, set boundaries, and choose who we allow into our lives.

I’m grateful for the lessons my past relationships have taught me, though it took time to understand them. Those realizations have helped me grow and recognize that I am worthy of true love and an amazing partner.

The evening was a deeply transformative experience, bringing people together through ceremony, meditation, laughter, and heartfelt connection. There was a beautiful balance of stillness and joy. Moments of quiet meditation created space for reflection, while laughter filled the room and reminded everyone of the lightness that can emerge when we come together authentically. By the end of the evening, many hearts felt more open, connected, and renewed. This is a powerful reminder of the healing that can happen when people gather with intention and presence.

Know that your weekend is as bright, beautiful, and radiant as this sunflower. I planted this little sunflower from a seed, and with time, care, and sunshine, it grew incredibly tall—reaching toward the trees. 🌻🌳
Let this sunflower be a reminder to stand tall, keep growing, and let your authentic self shine brightly. It turned toward the light like all sunflowers do. This wisdom tells us to continue to embrace the light within ourselves and share it with the world.
