We brought August to a close with a divine yoga retreat in Wyoming. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to teach the loveliest community of people in this epic backdrop of nature. The retreat was held at Paintrock Canyon Ranch. We were immersed in the outdoors enjoying horseback riding, hiking, ,and fly-fishing. Each morning , we rolled out our yoga mats as we watched the sunrise over the canyon. Evening campfires 🔥 …by the creek. Special thanks to each of the attendees. The staff at Paintrock Canyon Ranch helped create a seamless, beautiful retreat for us all.
