A sports medicine doctor's top 5 shoes for your feet.

New Balance 990, Brooks Glycerin 21, Salomon XT6, Hoka Clifton 10, and On Cloud Monster. No brand partnerships, nobody paid for these rankings.

Pickleball is bringing a lot of knees into my office.
Comment SPORT and I'll send you the mobility and strength routine I give patients for this.
Not because it is dangerous. Because people go from nothing to several days a week on a hard court
with zero preparation. Every sport here can be played long term when the strength and landing
mechanics come first.

The injury is not the hard part. The plan is.

Comment CONSULTATION and I'll send you a link to book a consultation.

ACL, meniscus, cartilage. 3 structures, 3 completely different timelines, and the same mistake with all of
them: stopping rehab the day it stops hurting. What you do in the months after is often what decides
how the knee feels long term.

The top shelf is not the problem. The space under your shoulder is.

Comment SHOULDER and I'll send you the mobility and strength routine I give patients for this.

Every overhead reach narrows the space the rotator cuff tendons pass through. When one of them is
irritated, that reach is where it shows up. The fix is rarely to stop reaching. It is to change how the
shoulder is loaded and to see what the tendon is actually doing.

A scary report and a painful joint are two different problems.
Comment CONSULTATION and I'll send you a link to book a consultation.
Radiologists describe everything they see. That is their job. But degenerative, tear, and fraying show up
on the scans of plenty of people who feel fine. The report tells you what is there. It does not tell you
what hurts. That is a separate question, and it is worth answering before anyone talks about surgery.

Sore is normal. These 3 are worth a closer look.

Comment CONSULTATION and I'll send you a link to book a consultation.

Most knee pain is your body asking for a rest day. Swelling that keeps refilling, a knee that gives way, or a knee that locks up are worth getting checked, because that group does not usually sort itself out with time.

💥 Early Stage Management for Hand Pain 💥
Comment To Learn More!

What is Trigger Finger?

The fingers are comprised of intricate pulley systems that facilitate comprehensive digital movement. Trigger finger typically involves one of these pulley systems, often in the 3rd or 4th finger, leading to inflammation and subsequent narrowing of the affected area. This can result in digital stiffness and manifest as the digit becoming “locked” in a flexed position until manually extended.

Consider incorporating these exercises if you are experiencing the early phases of trigger finger development!

1️⃣ Passive Finger Extension
2️⃣ DIP Block
3️⃣ Tendon Glide
4️⃣ Banded Finger Extension

Let me know if these prove beneficial for you! ⭐
