Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a Registered Nurse split between our home health and hospice programs. I spent my first four years building a strong foundation in med-surg, and for the last three years, I’ve also been helping out with hospice care on the side. Honestly, nothing brings me more joy or feels quite as rewarding as caring for patients right in their own homes. My days are spent out in the Billings community helping people heal and get back on their feet, or simply bringing calm and comfort to a hospice family during their toughest chapters. Getting invited into people’s homes and being a part of these deeply personal moments is an absolute privilege, and it’s exactly why I love my job! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three kids, 2 dogs and cat. I’ve recently got back into making sourdough starter, so now that football season is ending, I’ll have more free time to bake (and nap occasionally)! 😊

Great teams don’t just work well together—they know how to have fun together, too.
Our leadership team recently stepped out of the office and into The Grand Escape Room and, thankfully, we made it out! 😄
More importantly, it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of our day-to-day responsibilities, strengthen our teamwork, and enjoy each other’s company.
We believe culture doesn’t happen by accident. It’s built through trust, communication, shared experiences, and taking the time to know and appreciate the people you work alongside.
I’m incredibly grateful for this leadership team. They bring different strengths, perspectives, and personalities to the table, but they share a commitment to our team, our mission, and the people we serve.
Work hard. Support each other. Have fun. Keep growing.

Celebrating Success & Building Our Dream Team!
Our Home and Care team recently got together to celebrate a successful survey this summer and enjoy some well-deserved team-building time! We had so much fun playing arcade games, sharing laughs, and spending time around the table enjoying delicious drinks and appetizers.
At Home and Care Home Health, we believe that providing exceptional, patient-centered care starts with building an exceptional team culture. We strive to create an environment where every voice is heard, valued, and appreciated.
