An automated external defibrillator, or AED, is designed to analyze a heart rhythm and provide instructions during certain cardiac emergencies. Training can help people become more comfortable with emergency-response procedures and the role of an AED. 🩺

If an AED is available during a cardiac emergency, follow its prompts and emergency instructions. 🤝🏾
