Hope To Walk brings freedom and hope by delivering low-cost prosthetic legs to those in need

Hope To Walk is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable and accessible prosthetic legs to below-knee amputees in underserved communities around the world. Our mission is to help people regain their mobility, independence, and dignity by offering prosthetics at no cost, made possible by generous donations and dedicated volunteers.

We’re excited to announce a new partnership between Hope To Walk and Legacy Farms Coffee!

Legacy Farms Coffee will now offer Hope To Walk Coffee, with a portion of every sale helping fund Hope To Walk’s mission of restoring mobility and independence through prosthetic care for people living with limb loss in developing countries.

This partnership also supports Legacy Farms’ ongoing work in the Cerro Bueno community of Honduras, where the coffee is grown and harvested. Together, we’re investing in programs that create opportunities, strengthen communities, and improve lives.

Every cup of coffee now supports two meaningful missions: helping individuals take their first steps again and empowering the farming communities that make it all possible.

🇱🇨 Two weeks of training. A lifetime of impact. ❤️🦿

What we accomplished in St. Lucia is more than just helping amputees walk again. It’s about creating a future where that opportunity continues long after we leave. 🙌🏾

In just two weeks, Phil and Max successfully trained two local prosthetists, Murray and Denel, to build Hope To Walk prosthetic legs independently!

This is what sustainable impact looks like. 🌍

With the support of the Government of St. Lucia, we’re working toward an incredible vision: making prosthetic care accessible to every amputee on the island who needs it.

A huge THANK YOU to the Government of St. Lucia, Rotary Club Caribbean Plus, Montero Medical Missions, and the Tapion Foundation for believing in this mission and making it possible.

We’re not just building prosthetic legs. We’re building local capacity, restoring independence, and creating opportunities for generations to come.

And this is only the beginning! 🇱🇨❤️

We are incredibly grateful to Public Interest Registry and the ORG in Action for this recognition and for shining a light on organizations working every day to create meaningful change.

But this award belongs to our entire Hope To Walk family. To every donor who believed in our mission, every volunteer who gave their time and skills, every partner who opened doors, and every supporter who helped us reach another person in need — this recognition is yours too. 🙌🏾
