🏐 The best way to get better at volleyball? PLAY MORE VOLLEYBALL!

Not every opportunity to improve needs to be another practice, another tryout, or another big commitment.

Sometimes, athletes just need a court, a ball, great coaching, and the chance to PLAY!

That’s exactly what we’re creating at Optimize! ❤️🖤

Our Coach-Led Volleyball Open Gyms give athletes the chance to get on the court, play with different athletes, build confidence, and develop their skills in a fun, welcoming environment.

🏐 WEDNESDAYS
• 10–13U | 6–7 PM (Boys & Girls Welcome)
• 14–18U | 7–8 PM (Girls Only)

🏐 SUNDAYS
• 14–18U | 11 AM–12 PM (Girls Only)
• 10-13U | 12-1PM (Boys & Girls Welcome)

And YES, boys are welcome to join our 10–13U open gym! 🙌 We want more young athletes to have the opportunity to learn, play, and fall in love with volleyball!

🏐 WHAT IF VOLLEYBALL WAS ABOUT MORE THAN JUST MAKING THE TEAM?

Too often, young athletes are told they’re not good enough before they’ve even had the chance to reach their potential.

At Optimize, we believe in DEVELOPING athletes, not turning them away! ❤️🖤

Every athlete starts somewhere. Some develop earlier, some later. But every player deserves quality coaching, encouragement, and the opportunity to grow!

That’s why we’re taking a different approach to youth volleyball.

✅ No cuts — everyone gets an opportunity!

✅ Teams based on age and skill development

✅ Experienced coaching focused on each athlete

✅ Skill development, teamwork, and confidence

✅ Strength and conditioning opportunities

🏐 Development Teams | 10U–12U

🔥 Elite Regional Teams | 13U–14U

Our programs are led by Nicole Salmon, former University of Missouri All-American and experienced collegiate volleyball coach!

We’re not just building better volleyball players. We’re building confident athletes who LOVE the game!

Your athlete’s potential shouldn’t be decided by one tryout.

⚾ The difference between throwing and PITCHING? It’s in the details. 👀

Every pitcher wants to throw harder. But the pitchers who stand out are the ones who understand how to use their body, command their pitches, and compete with confidence.

That’s exactly what we’re building at Optimize.

Our Elite Pitching Program isn’t about showing up, throwing a few pitches, and going home. It’s about purposeful reps, individualized coaching, and making real improvements throughout the winter.

🔥 Different ages. Different skill levels. One commitment to getting better.

⚾ Rookie through Platinum levels
📅 Saturdays beginning October 31st
📍 Optimize | Spring Lake Park

There’s still room to get in on the action! Come see what a winter of focused training can do for your game.
