✨ How long have you been part of the InnerBeauty team?
3 wonderful months!

✨ Favorite treatment & why:
PRP injections with microneedling. I love that it stimulates your body’s own collagen production for natural, long-term skin rejuvenation.

✨ Go-to skincare product:
Revision DEJ Daily Boosting Serum

✨ Best self-care tip:
Allow yourself to do the things that make you feel your best. 🤍

✨ Favorite music to play in the spa:
2000s R&B

✨ Favorite part of working at InnerBeauty:
The clients and the team! I’m so blessed to work in such a supportive environment. Every day is filled with laughter, and it truly feels like family.

✨ Where can we find you when you’re not at work?
At the hospital caring for patients in the ICU. 🩺👩🏻‍⚕️

✨ Fun fact:
I’ve been obsessed with skincare since I was 12 years old—I’ve had a skincare routine for as long as I can remember!

✨ What’s something you’ve learned while working in aesthetics?
Aesthetics is so much more than skin deep. My ICU background has given me a strong foundation in patient safety, which helps me provide treatments that prioritize both safety and beautiful outcomes. This field is constantly evolving, and I love that there’s always something new to learn.

✨ Dream vacation spot:
Japan! But honestly, anywhere with my family. 🥰

✨ InnerBeauty Employee Highlight: Chiara - Master AP Esthetician ✨
📍 Hometown: Fridley, MN

✨ How long have you been part of the InnerBeauty team?  9 years
✨ Favorite treatment & why:  SkinPen alone or with PRP.  I am biased because SkinPen has transformed my skin and cleared up my acne scars. Also, not all skin types are good candidates for lasers so I see microneedling as a safe alternative option to address scars, pigment, lines/wrinkles, texture and tone.
✨ Go-to skincare product: It’s a tie…iS Clinical Super Serum & Revision DEJ Boosting Serum
✨ Best self-care tip:  SPF all day everyday
✨ Favorite part of working at InnerBeauty: We are like a family and I’m grateful for the amazing clients I get to spend time with everyday!
✨ Where can we find you when you’re not at work?  Playing with my grandson
✨ Fun fact: Concerts are my happy place
✨ What’s something you’ve learned while working in aesthetics?  Aesthetics is so much more than just treating skin. It is about helping people become the best version of themselves. Helping them with education, realistic goals and being there for support is so rewarding.
✨ Dream vacation spot:  Greece
