I can't promise rainbows during every session...
But I can promise a space where you don't have to hold everything together.
A place to pause.
To breathe.
To soften.
My hope is that, whether through massage, reflexology, or sound, this becomes a place where wonder and ease can find you again.
And maybe...you leave feeling just a little lighter than when you arrived.
Thank you Stephanie Miller - Integrative Health Coach for capturing these!

I made it to Lake Superior in a couple of hours.

My nervous system didn't arrive until two days later.

It reminded me that just because our bodies arrive somewhere peaceful doesn't mean our nervous systems have caught up.

This is why I'm so passionate about massage, reflexology, sound baths and nervous system care. Sometimes what we're really seeking isn't relaxation... it's the feeling of finally being safe enough to exhale.

And it's exactly what's inspiring an upcoming collaboration with two incredible women.

I can't wait to share more. 🤍🌿

🐾Helga was in vacation mode before I finished setting up camp.
