‼️ bakery update ‼️

Due to this season of life…homeschooling with 4 littles and keeping up on just every day tasks…I will reducing my baking.

My plan is to try to be as consistent as possible, baking every other week. However, it may shift because of kids activities or just other things going on. I will post at the beginning of each month the days I plan to bake…some months I may bake 3 times but again it just depends!

I really am so grateful for my customers and your weekly loyalty to buying my goods - these items do freeze well so you can always stock up to make sure you have enough of what you want to get you through until my next bake day!

For November my bake weeks are the 4th and the 18th so far.

A little bread drop update 🤎

If you placed an order for pickup today, you should have received a few text alerts from me about moving your order to Friday, with pickup or delivery available.

My starter and dough weren’t looking as strong as they should yesterday. With the cooler weather and temperature changes, my starter has slowed down and needs a little extra time and a few good feedings to get back to its happy, bubbly self.

Sourdough runs on its own schedule sometimes! Rather than rush the process, I decided to give it another day so I can send you home with the quality bread you expect from Lacey’s Loaves.

If you haven’t already, please reply to my text so we can arrange Friday pickup or delivery.

Thank you for your patience and flexibility, and for supporting this little bakery. I know changing pickup plans can be inconvenient, and I truly appreciate your understanding! 🤎

I am thinking of already putting out my menu for the week of October 1st pick up because I was going to add mini loaves/soup bread bowls…the preorders will help me determine how many mini proofing baskets I will need to order - just wanted to give people a heads up! So two menus will be open at the same time for a couple of days - just don’t want you to get confused!
