October is National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a time to recognize the value, talent, and contributions of individuals with disabilities in the workforce. This year's theme, "Celebrating Value and Talent," highlights the important role people with disabilities play in our workplaces, communities, and economy.
At The Columbus Organization, we believe inclusive workplaces create stronger teams, broaden perspectives, and open doors to meaningful opportunities for individuals of all abilities. NDEAM serves as a reminder that accessibility, inclusion, and equitable employment opportunities benefit everyone, because everyone deserves a meaningful life.
We have collaborated with over 150 state and local agencies and school districts in more than 47 states and built a national reputation for serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex health through an outcomes-oriented approach coupled with a commitment to work closely with each individual.
