You don’t have to change everything to start feeling better. 💙

Want to walk more? Start with 10 minutes.
Want to drink more water? Fill your bottle before bed.
Want more quiet time? Put your phone away five minutes earlier.
Want to get back into a wellness routine? Schedule one thing.

The first step doesn’t need to be impressive. It just needs to be easy enough to actually take.

Start small. Repeat. Build from there.

✨ This week’s Tru Tip: make the first step ridiculously small.

Never underestimate a simple walk. 🩵

Wellness doesn’t always have to mean a hard workout, a long routine, or doing more.

Sometimes it’s just getting outside and moving your body for 10 minutes.

Take the dog. Walk around the block. Step outside on your lunch break. Leave your phone behind and give yourself a little mental space.

It all counts.

✨ This week’s Tru Tip: when wellness feels overwhelming, keep it simple. Just take a walk.

October Tru Challenge 🌙 | The Evening Reset

This month, set aside 20 intentional minutes, 3 nights each week to slow down.

Put your phone away and choose something that helps you unwind — read, stretch, journal, prep for tomorrow, step outside, take a warm shower, or make a sauna session part of your evening reset.

No perfect routine required. Just a little intentional time for you. 🤍

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ✨ Meet Angie

Angie first came to Tru to try cold plunge for soreness from teaching yoga, but she quickly found that red light, sauna + cold plunge became part of her regular wellness routine.

She now visits Tru about three times a week and says consistency has been one of the biggest pieces for her.

“Like most things for good health, being consistent is when you see and feel results.”

She also loves the little details that make her visits feel easy and relaxing — from the robes and towels to the filtered water and wellness products in the studio.

We love having Angie as part of the Tru community. 🤍

Thank you for letting us share your Tru story, Angie!

Your day doesn’t have to end at full speed. 🧡

Tonight, try giving yourself just 10 minutes to slow down before bed.

Put your phone away. Stretch. Read a few pages. Take a warm shower. Prep for tomorrow. Or simply sit somewhere quiet.

It doesn’t need to be a perfect nighttime routine. Just a small transition between the busyness of the day and rest.

Sometimes 10 intentional minutes is enough to change the way your evening feels.

✨ This week’s Tru Tip: create a little space to slow down.
