Dr.kassiedewittotd Helping women ditch the pads + pee leaks by teaching bladder habits + pelvic floor strength that actually work.

10/21/2026

I don’t teach pelvic floor rehab like everyone else. And guess what? It works!

Over 4,000 clients later, with a 92% success rate, I have the results to back it up.

Just because you’ve tried pelvic floor rehab and it didn’t work doesn’t mean it won’t work. You just need a different teacher.

It just means what you tried didn’t work.

Because most pelvic floor advice sounds like:
✨ “Just do your Kegels.”
✨ “Drink less water.”
✨ “Wear a pad.”
✨ “Try not to sneeze too hard I guess.”

Meanwhile women are out here crossing their legs before a cough like they are defusing a bomb.

Your pelvic floor is not some tiny mysterious cave goblin causing chaos for fun.

It is a SYSTEM.

And if your system is running like a 2004 minivan with three warning lights on and a door that doesn’t open from the inside… we cannot keep pretending 10 random squeezes are the solution.

I teach women:
🚽 Why they p*e 14 times before leaving Whole Food
🌙 Why their bladder suddenly starts a book club at 2am
🏃‍♀️ Why jumping jacks feel like a personal attack
😵‍💫 Why urgency feels like their bladder sent an ALL CAPS email to the brain
🙈 Why intimacy disappeared faster than leftovers in a house with teenage boys

And no, I do not spend my days screaming “KEGEL!” at women like a deranged Pilates parrot.

Because sometimes your pelvic floor is weak.
Sometimes it’s tighter than your jeans after vacation.
Sometimes your nervous system is so stressed your bladder thinks danger is near because you heard the garage door open.

Women have been taught to ignore symptoms for so long that leaking p*e got normalized like it’s a cute little side quest of motherhood.

Absolutely not.

I used to secretly carry extra underwear everywhere.
Now I teach women how to stop leaking, stop panicking, sleep through the night, and trust their bodies again.

All with education your doctor probably never had time to explain.

✅ Comment DRY for my pelvic floor masterclass.

If I stopped having org@sms, I would immediately stop expecting my body to go from:

📧 Emails
🧺 Laundry
🚗 Carpool
💰 Bills
😵‍💫 Everyone needing something from me

…to feeling desire in 8.7 seconds.

That’s like expecting your crockpot dinner to be ready because you stared at it aggressively.

Your body needs time.

Time to feel safe.
Time to slow down.
Time to shift out of survival mode.

Because pleasure is not a light switch.
It’s a process.

And if your nervous system has been running a marathon all day, your body isn’t ignoring intimacy.

It’s asking for support.

The women having great s*x and org@sms as they age aren’t necessarily luckier.

They’ve learned how to reconnect with themselves.

❤️Comment RED and I’ll send you my Org@sm Reset.

If I woke up tomorrow leaking urine, I would do THIS.

Advice from a former urine-leaker turned pelvic floor therapist (yes, plot twist).

Here’s exactly where I’d start 👇

Step 1: Collect data, not panic.
For 3 days, I’d write down:
• when I p*e
• how long I p*e

I’d aim for 8 seconds minimum.
That’s a full bladder doing its job.
Anything less? Your bladder is basically throwing a fit like a toddler. You trained her to behave this way. Unintentionally, but true. That’s okay you can train her to behave.

Step 2: Fix bathroom habits (this part is spicy).
🚫 No “just in case” p*es (except after s*x, before bed and a car ride longer than 2 hours)
🚫 No pushing urine out
🚫 No sprinting to the toilet like it’s an Olympic event

I’d remind my bladder: I’m the boss here.

Step 3: Learn how to hydrate my body
not drown my bladder.
More water ≠ better bladder control (surprise!).

This is exactly how I help women stop leaks without surgery, meds, or living in pads forever.

🔥 Hills I will happily die on as a pelvic floor therapist 🔥

1️⃣ Every time you p*e before you leave the house “just in case” you are training your bladder to be an absolute pain in the arse.

2️⃣ Drinking less water to leak less urine is like unplugging your smoke detector because you don’t like the sound.

3️⃣ More Kegels is not the answer to everything or really anything.
If it were, we would’ve solved urinary leakage decades ago.

4️⃣ Pads are a tool.
They are not treatment.

5️⃣ “You’re getting older” is an explanation.
It’s not a treatment plan.

6️⃣ Urgency, leakage, prolapse, constipation, pain with intimacy, and night waking are not what you just deal with.
They’re clues.

7️⃣ You cannot out-exercise poor bladder habits.

8️⃣ Your pelvic floor is part of a system.
If we’re ignoring breathing, pressure management, bowels, hips, glutes, mobility, strength, hormones, hydration, and the nervous system, we’re missing the point. You will not solve your urine leakage without addressing every single one of these consistently.

9️⃣ Not all pelvic floor therapists are the same.

I know that’s controversial. It’s true. Rehab is not a sheet of exercises.

If you’ve tried pelvic floor therapy and it didn’t help, that doesn’t mean pelvic floor therapy doesn’t work.

Some therapists teach Kegels.

Some therapists teach exercises.

I teach women how to understand and manage the entire system.

🔟 I probably teach differently because I lived it.

I wasn’t the therapist sitting on the sidelines reading about leakage in a textbook.

I was the girl p*eing her pants.

I was the girl dealing with bowel issues.

I was diagnosed with bladder and re**al prolapse by 19.

I know what it feels like to be embarrassed, frustrated, and convinced your body is broken.

1️⃣1️⃣ My goal isn’t to help you for six weeks.

My goal is to help the version of you that’s 80 years old, traveling, exercising, sleeping through the night, laughing with friends, being intimate and not planning every outing around the nearest bathroom.

If you are one of my 1:1 clients, 5 minutes each day no matter what. Ten is better. If you can’t find ten minutes to give to yourself, you need 30!
