In all seriousness, Scott has a lean build and facial volume loss. Morgan used hyperdilute Radiesse to support collagen and elastin production and improve skin firmness and quality over time. She paired it with Xeomin to relax targeted muscles and soften expression lines.

These photos were taken two weeks after treatment, so this is an early look at his results.

Not every face is a candidate for every treatment—and that’s okay.

One of the biggest disservices we can do as providers is overpromise results or perform treatments that aren’t going to achieve the outcome a patient is hoping for.

Being an ethical injector means:
✨ Setting realistic expectations.
✨ Understanding the limitations of every treatment.
✨ Having a deep knowledge of facial anatomy.
✨ Knowing when a patient is better served by a different procedure—or another provider altogether.

Saying “no” or “I think you’d get a better result elsewhere” isn’t losing a patient. It’s building trust.

I’m incredibly honored that other providers trust me enough to refer their patients to me, and that patients trust me to help manage and mitigate adverse outcomes. That trust is something I never take for granted, and it’s one of the biggest reasons I’m so vocal about topics like this. We owe it to our patients—and to our profession—to keep raising the standard.
Patients deserve honesty over sales, education over trends, and providers who prioritize their safety and long-term results above everything else.

Let’s normalize ethical aesthetic medicine—where honesty comes before ego, referrals are seen as a strength, and treating with a multimodal approach is the standard, not the exception.

For a practice that doesn’t rely on promotions, I’d call this a huge success. 👏

Our InMode Consult Day brought in 13 patients over 6 hours with a 100% conversion rate, and we’re so grateful for every patient who trusted us with their aesthetic journey.

It wasn’t about creating urgency—it was about creating opportunity. Taking the time to educate, build personalized treatment plans, and help patients feel confident in their decisions is what makes days like this so rewarding.

We also had several patients who wanted to attend but couldn’t make it. Because of that, we’re extending our Consult

Yesterday, Refine became the classroom.

Morgan led our MAX Studio Pop-Up with Merz Aesthetics, bringing fellow injectors together for a day of assessment, anatomy, product selection, and live treatment demonstrations using Radiesse®, Xeomin®, and Belotero®.
Three patients, each with a different plan—from facial rejuvenation and volume loss to neck laxity following GLP-1 weight loss.

With every treatment, Morgan shared the reasoning behind her decisions: what she sees, what she chooses, and why. That’s where education comes to life.

Thank you to Merz Aesthetics, the providers who joined us, and our models for making this day possible. We love seeing this kind of learning and connection happen right here in Bluffton.
