Sharing some photos from our Low Back Pain Lecture on August 14th. Jean had everyone up on their feet as they learned the proper way to pick up items off the floor using their hips to transfer, as well as learning the proper way to stretch. She explained the importance of good posture, flexibility, and having good trunk control. Everyone was involved in these activities and was sent home with some very useful information.
