A lot of women think if a product is expensive enough, it must be doing something amazing.

Not always.

Some expensive skincare is excellent. Some of it is perfume, packaging, and hope.

What matters is the ingredient, the strength, the formulation, and whether it actually matches what your skin needs right now.

I see women spending hundreds on creams when what they really need is exfoliation, hydration, sunscreen, and a treatment plan that makes sense.

Price alone tells you nothing.

Having spent a considerable amount of time in NYC during COVID as a nurse during the pandemic, I found New Yorkers to be incredibly resilient people. They often get labeled as loud and direct but I can say that they are a city of people with enormous hearts and compassion. 9/11 was one of those events that deeply wounded NYC, wounded us all as a nation. I will always remember the bravery exhibited and the anguish felt on that tragic day. I will never forget.

I see this a lot! Loose neck skin is one of the most common concerns I see at the medspa. It takes a long time to develop 20-30 years of aging...and it can happen quickly if you're taking a GLP weight loss medication.

The solution is not a cream! No matter what ANY influencer tells you There isn't a cream on earth that's going to fix the kind of laxity you see in this picture.

The solution is to approach it from both sides of the issue: tighten the skin AND build new collagen from within. There's no quick fix. And there's no "one and done" (other than surgery). But if you're willing to wait 6-12 months and you're consistent with your appointments (typically 3 sessions), you'll see long-lasting results.
