💜 Gracias por compartir, crecer y cuidarnos juntas. 💜

Hoy queremos agradecer de corazón al equipo de Vida y Salud, a TK Gregg Community Center, a MBF, a nuestra querida terapeuta Andrea, y especialmente a todas las hermosas participantes que se dieron el tiempo de acompañarnos en nuestro grupo de apoyo de Mujer a Mujer 🫶

Nos dio muchísimo gusto recibir también a nuevas participantes. ¡Bienvenidas! Esperamos seguir construyendo juntas un espacio donde cada mujer se sienta escuchada, acompañada y valorada.

✨ Gracias, Andrea, por el hermoso ejercicio que preparaste para el grupo. Nos encantó que cada participante pudiera llevarse un recuerdo especial a casa como símbolo de este momento compartido. 💕

La salud mental también es salud, y tener un espacio seguro para expresar lo que sentimos, conectar con otras personas y recordar que no estamos solas es muy importante. Cuando construimos comunidad, nos apoyamos unas a otras y fortalecemos nuestro bienestar. 🌷

We were especially happy to welcome new participants! We hope this continues to be a safe and welcoming space where every woman feels heard, supported, and valued.

Esta es la semana de concientizacion del trabajo de los promotores de salud, aprovechamos para agradecer la labor de nuestro equipo que tiene un gran impacto en la salud y bienestar de nuestra comunidad, en promedio nuestro equipo de trabajo sirve a 600 familias conectandolas con recursos y ofreciendo servicios directos, como clases de padres, evaluaciones de desarrollo, visitas a casa y muchos servicios mas!! Gracias por su servicio y su compromiso y el amor que ponen cada dia a su trabajo.
