The Sacred Element Life is a pathway to remain balanced, heart-centered and responsive to the everyday life we lead.

Through mind, body and spirit we create sacred space that connects us all to the universal flow of nature.

Using a harmonious blend of yoga, meditation, breathing , creative and artistic elements and intuitive healing techniques, my aim is to help cultivate a more authentic relationship with self and the unknown force that binds us to all existence.

Healing isn’t always peaceful.

Sometimes it’s messy.
Sometimes it’s weird.
Sometimes it’s unexpectedly hilarious.

But we keep noticing.
We keep practicing.
And little by little, we find our way back to ourselves.

That’s the process. 🤍

Hi, I’m Jenn.
I am a Somatic Yoga Therapist.

My work focuses on helping people understand what their body is holding onto through nervous system support, breathwork, mindful movement, and somatic practices. Sometimes it looks like slowing down to take a breath, sometimes it will@look like learning how to be in your body again.

I work with stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, emotional overwhelm and the loops that create patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

I work with women not because they’re broken.
Not because they need fixing. Because I see and feel their struggles in real time.

At some point, we got really good at functioning…
and quietly disconnected from ourselves along the way.

We’ve done the work.
Or at least tried to.
We know the language, the tools, the “shoulds.”

Let me guess, you’ve read the books and done the therapy but…
Your body still holds tension. Still braces.
Still doesn’t fully trust.

What can we do?
We slow it down.
We listen.
We notice what’s actually happening underneath the coping, the performing, the holding it all together.

No pressure to do it right.
No gold star for healing the fastest.

Just a return.
To breath.
To sensation.
To something real.
