Ritual has always been about more than a clinic or a café. It’s about community, connection, and creating greater access to exceptional care.

We believe healthcare shouldn’t have to be either/or. Our vision has always been to create space for both—and we couldn’t have built it without the patients, colleagues, partners, local makers, friends, and families who believed in what we were creating.

Next week, join us for a unique, in-person small group experience designed to bring nutrition to life—beyond the clinic and into your kitchen. Together with Sam, you’ll learn how to turn seasonal, whole ingredients into simple, nourishing meals that support your health in real, practical ways.

More than a cooking class, this is an immersive experience rooted in functional medicine—where food becomes a tool for healing, connection, and everyday practice.

Join us Wednesday, August 12th at 6 PM for an intimate, hands-on culinary experience designed to take nourishment out of the clinic and into real life.

Led by Sam Herrera of ERTH—herbalist, nutritionist, community curator + culinary artist—and Tamra Geryk, MSN, FNP-C, IFMCP, this experience blends seasonal cooking with practical nutrition education. Together, we’ll prepare simple, nourishing meals while exploring how whole foods and intentional eating can support energy, metabolism, mood, and overall well-being.

And then—we sit down and enjoy it together. Because nourishment isn’t just about nutrients. It’s about connection, experience, and community.

Morgan is a 500-hour certified Pilates instructor with nearly four years of experience teaching both reformer and mat Pilates. Passionate about low-impact, functional movement, she helps clients build strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out—starting with the core, our body's powerhouse and center of balance.

When she's not teaching, you'll find her baking sourdough (and treats for Ritual Café), adventuring with her pup, or traveling wherever the next adventure calls.
