Health plans need information from providers for a lot of reasons, including prior authorization, quality programs, risk adjustment, care management, and record retrieval.

The problem is when every one of those needs comes with its own portal, process, or connection.

Interoperability shouldn’t be another thing clinicians have to think about.

Better data only matters if it can reach the provider.

With Kno2, health plans can communicate across provider organizations using different EHRs, networks, and communication methods.

That matters because requiring every provider to connect the same way can limit how far information goes and how useful it becomes at the point of care.
