We support our friends in the healing arts. Roxy Hudson has a real heart for helping folks and hypnotherapy has been a passion of hers for a long time. She has been on a journey of training as a very high level to be able to practice hypnotherapy and give clients the tools they need to accomplish their goals. Give her website a look and I'll bet you'll find something that interests you.

Roxy Hudson Hypnotherapy near Bolivar helps you release negative thinking, overcome phobias, and create lasting positive change. Call 417-777-1473.

We talk a lot about reading food labels and making smart or smarter decisions in our food choices. I really enjoyed watching the Vlog by Cassandra on Becoming a Farm Girl as she tracked down historical info of 10 very popular products and how the labels tell the story. I'm going to try and link her latest video in the comments. She's high energy but always has good info.
