🤍Spent the weekend celebrating a couple dear to my heart with my chosen family. It’s so amazing to watch these people grow and to have them watch me grow. We’ve all been through ups and downs, we’ve changed drastically in some ways and not at all in others, and we have been together through it all.

🌜This year I made it my mission to become my most authentic self, and what came with that was surprising. I thought I would just dress how I liked or speak up when I felt called to, but much bigger shifts happened along the way.

🌜The loudest lesson was to take myself seriously. It was like a voice repeating over and over, “If you don’t take yourself seriously, no one else will.” Along with that came, “The first person that needs to stand up for you is yourself.”

🌜Every summer I take some time off from healing to fill my cup and soak in as much sun as I need to survive winter. As I laid on the beach and floated in the ocean, I realized I needed a change within my business. I wanted to find a way to offer my clients the best healing experience that I could.

🌜That’s where these Energy Healing Sessions came from. When Polarity and Reiki were separate sessions, I felt confined within the modality. If I were talking to a client and I felt they needed Polarity, but they scheduled a Reiki session, I would go against my intuition and follow what they asked for. I realized my sessions needed more freedom within them.

🌜Starting 11/11 I will be switching all sessions to Energy Healing Sessions. Until then my prices and session will stay the same, but I wanted to offer some bundle pricing before the change happens.

🌜Change is hard, but it is what helps us grow. Reiki with Claudia is ready to expand into something more, and this is the first step 🤍

🍁Distance Reiki for the month!

🍁I am in the process of shifting my business and this is my first step towards putting my ideas into place. I will now be offering distance Reiki on a scale from $65-$90, and there are no limitations or restrictions about who gets to pay what. All sessions will be the same.

🍁I decided to change this pricing because the world is really difficult right now. It feels like it’s impossible to afford to live while the craziest s**t I couldn’t have even imagined happens every single day. It’s exhausting and we need to start leaning on each other more.

🍁Distance Reiki is not only my favorite way to receive, but it’s also the most flexible healing option I have. Because I do the Reiki from my house and it costs me nothing but energy, I can shift these prices. As most of you have seen with my Pay What You Can Clinics.

🍁In a time where the collective needs to heal, I want to make sure that energy healing is accessible. I’ve personally felt the inner changes that happen from this work. I’ll make another post later about why I love distance Reiki so much, but it’s mostly because it forces me to slow down and allow myself to have some space.

🍁There are so many reasons to try distance Reiki and so many benefits. Please take the time to rest from it all. You deserve to feel at peace, even if it’s just for an hour 🤍

I have been obsessed with this flower on my daily walks. I typically walk without my phone to give myself a break from it, but I’ve wanted to capture this flower. I was walking Sunnie and listening to the Paris Hilton memoir yesterday and finally got a picture. This flower feels like the perfect representation of how it feels to transition from summer to fall. Whenever I come out of a depressive episode, the beauty of nature stuns me. I touch those darkest and hardest parts of being alive, and then the beauty in the world drags me back out. A flower, a butterfly, or just a beautiful day with no clouds. It reconnects me to my environment and myself.

🤍Sunnie and I just want to say that if you’ve ever had suicidal thoughts, we are so happy that you are still here today!

🤍The strength it takes to push through or heal from suicidal tendencies is something that seems to go under appreciated. If you’ve ever struggled, but still found a way to live, you are a superhero. Life is much more beautiful with you in it.

🤍And I’m always here to talk if you need. I get it and I’ve had to pull myself back from many dark places. Knowing that darkness makes the lightness so much brighter.
