We're highlighting the important role our physical therapists play in helping patients stay active, build confidence, and maintain their independence.

At BBDC, physical therapy isn't just about recovering from an injury. It's also about helping patients protect their joint health, improve mobility, and continue doing the activities they enjoy.

Here is a reminder from Kristen Benya, PT, DPT, CLT, about why physical therapy can be beneficial before an injury occurs! 👟

Sad not to be getting together this weekend but looking forward to Fall Fest!

Due to severe weather expected this weekend, Saturday's Unite Walk is cancelled. A modified celebration will be held at FallFest in November!

While we’re disappointed, we’re reminded that the Walk is about so much more than a one-day celebration. It’s about the people beside us, the families we support, and the future we’re building together.

We may not be gathering on Saturday, but we’re still united in support of our community. Thanks to you, we’re 92% of the way to our fundraising goal. Can you help us get one step closer to hitting our goal?

Thank you for standing with us! Read our full weather update, make a donation to support our mission, and learn more at www.nehawalk.org.
