The weather held up just in time for the Elliott PT crew to take on Fenway Friday night! We had an absolute BLAST cheering on the Sox, spending time together, and kicking off the weekend the best way we know how! ❤️💙

Our very own Eric, Maddie, and Britt absolutely CRUSHED the Berlin Marathon! 🇩🇪🏅

We are so incredibly proud of them for taking on 26.2 miles through the streets of Berlin, a truly challenging feat! 🏃‍♂️👏

And an extra special shoutout to Eric Cardin on an incredible milestone; Berlin marked his 10th marathon and his 5th Abbott World Marathon Major star! ⭐️ After completing Chicago, NYC, London, Boston, and now Berlin, only Tokyo remains on his journey to all six!

To make it even better, Eric finished Berlin with his second-fastest marathon time ever and his fastest in the past decade. 🔥

An amazing accomplishment all around. Congratulations to our marathoners! Now, off to Oktoberfest! 🍻🇩🇪

What a fun morning in Hanover! Our team had a great time getting out into the community for Run to the Rock this past Saturday — cheering on runners, handing out some Elliott PT swag, and enjoying the energy at the start line.

We love being part of events like this and getting to connect with the people who keep our community moving. 💛

How high can you jump? 👀⬆️

Vertical jump testing can measure lower-body power while also helping identify differences in power between the left and right leg.

At Elliott, we use performance testing to help athletes understand their strengths, identify areas to improve, and perform at their best.

We brought the test to Ritual this weekend for a little friendly competition—and we officially have a 21-inch record! 🏆
