(1)

Radiant Roots Collective is a community-centered yoga and wellness space designed to support people through the full spectrum of life—a place where people feel seen, educated, and deeply connected to themselves and one another. Rooted in the belief that we are meant to live, grow, and heal in connection, our vision is to create a village—a place where people feel supported, seen, educated, and deeply connected to themselves and one another. While honoring many of the core classes and practices that were foundational to Radiance Power Yoga, Radiant Roots Collective will expand to include a full schedule of prenatal, postnatal, baby + family offerings, creating support for individuals and families through every season of life. In addition to movement classes, we are committed to offering meaningful educational opportunities and practices that extend beyond the physical aspects of yoga. Our offerings will include birth education, workshops, community gatherings, and opportunities for deeper personal growth and connection. Our classes are intentionally small—with most classes capped at 16 people or fewer—allowing for a more personal, supportive, and community-oriented experience. Radiant Roots Collective is more than a yoga studio.

Life moves fast, often with the feeling that there’s always something asking for your attention. This is your invitation to slow down. To settle in, soften your edges, and be exactly where you are.

Rest & Renew uses cozy props and longer-held poses, where you can step away from the noise and find your way back to yourself. Experience the magic of slowing down with Teresa on Sundays at 5:30 pm ✨

Birth is a big deal. You deserve to feel informed, supported, and connected through it all. 🧑‍🍼

That’s why Radiant Birth exists—as a space to gather, ask questions, learn, and feel held as you prepare for one of life’s biggest transitions.

You were never meant to navigate birth alone… 💖

Becoming a parent is one of the most precious moments in life, and needing a village still rings true.

As your birth doula, Janine and Jessica will walk alongside you with steady support, thoughtful guidance, and be a comforting presence from pregnancy through birth.

You deserve the security of having someone in your corner during labor and birth—a familiar face to offer personalized support and focus on you, so you can focus on meeting your baby. 🍼

Our birth doulas are here to help you feel ready for the big things, the little things, and all the “wait…what happens next?” moments in between.

From understanding birth to making your birth plan, learning comfort tools, and getting ready for those first days with baby—they’ve got you covered.

Come curious, bring questions, and leave feeling more informed, supported, and confident!

There’s something special about creating a community where mamas feel supported, seen, and held through such a tender, transformative season of life.

Our Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is an invitation to expand your teaching, step into and grow with our community, and offer knowledgeable support to pregnant and postpartum people in any yoga class! 🫄

Motherhood was never meant to be a solo journey. From growing a tiny human to figuring out life with a little one, we’re here for all of it!

Radiant Mama is a place to move, connect, laugh, exhale, and find your people through every season of motherhood.

For you. For your little one. For the whole beautiful, messy journey. ✨

Growing a human is hard work, and you deserve a little space to just be.

Prenatal Yoga is a chance to slow down, breathe deep, and connect with your fellow mamas.

No yoga experience required, just come as you are. 🌻

New motherhood: messy, joyful, exhausting, and a bit of beautiful chaos. 🍼✨

Baby + Me is your space to move at your own pace (or be still), breathe a little deeper, and show up exactly as you are—with your baby, big feelings, and everything in between.

Whether you’re growing a baby, caring for an infant, or finding your rhythm in a new season of motherhood, this class is for you! You’ll learn safe, functional exercises to move with confidence as you build strength.

Come as you are. There’s nothing to fix, nothing to “get back to.” Yours is a body worth caring for, exactly as it is. ✨

Tiny yogis, big imaginations, lots of wiggles! 🤪

Bring the whole crew to Family Flow—where little ones can move, play, explore, and make a little magic alongside their grown-ups.

Join us for a Sunday funday filled with giggles, stories, and wonderfully unpredictable toddler energy! ⚡️

Looking for your newest yoga obsession? 👀

RRC has a little something for every mood—sweaty, grounded, energized, playful, slow, or somewhere in between.

Our intro offer is the best way to try classes and mix it up! Discover your fave style and teacher…or, you know, accidentally fall in love with all of them. 😉

Start your day with a little movement, a little breath, and a whole lot of good energy. ☀️

Rise + Flow is your morning invitation to wake up your body, find your rhythm, and ease into the day feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed.

Move, flow, and leave with that post-yoga glow!

Move your body. Find your breath. Reconnect. ✨

Flow + Meditate brings movement and mindfulness together in a practice that feels both grounding and energizing—with a little meditation woven in or at the end.

Move a little. Let go a lot…

Flow + Let Go brings together the best of both worlds—energizing movement followed by slower, supported shapes that invite you to settle in and soften.

Come ready to move. Stay for the exhale. 💆

Express Flow packs plenty of movement, breath, and good energy into 45 minutes! Flow, strengthen, lengthen, and reconnect while leaving enough space for the rest of your day.

Quick practice, full-body feel-good! ❤️‍🔥

Need a little less doing and a little more being?

Rest + Renew is your invitation to slow down, settle in, and let your whole system exhale. Think dim lights, cozy vibes, gentle music, and plenty of time to simply be. 🧘

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more renewed. 🤍

🍂 THE MIDDLE WAY 🍂
An Earth Ways Yoga Workshop for the Sensitive Self

As summer gives way to autumn, we’re invited to slow down, release what we’ve been carrying, and make space for what’s next.

Join Charlotte Sodergren for an evening of Earth Ways Yoga designed to explore the connection between our emotions, mind, heart, and body. Through meridian study, meditation, clearing practices, and embodied movement, we’ll explore ways to release tension, reconnect with ourselves, and find a little more steadiness as the seasons—and life—shift.

✨ You can expect:
• Meridian study + the gut-brain connection
• Meditation + clearing practices
• Embodied movement to release + reconnect

Saturday, October 17 | 5:30–7pm
$55 non-members | $45 members

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter, more grounded, and connected.
