OUR MISSION:
To build independence for individuals with developmental disabilities by supporting, advocating, connecting, and empowering those individuals and their families to resources so they can live a full and enriched life.

Every day, our Service Coordinators work hard to advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities, connect them with resources, promote independence, and help them achieve their goals.

Their dedication, compassion, and commitment make a difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

We are incredibly thankful for our team and the important work they do, often behind the scenes, to ensure individuals have the support and opportunities they deserve.
