A New Year calls to us to dip into new adventures, new learnings, new resolutions. Yet, the irony is, that change only happens with total acceptance first of what is. Once we begin to let go of judging and wanting and striving, and just allow everything to be ok, our world starts to change and what we have been longing for magically shows up. May the peace and quiet joy of the season soothe our troubled souls and show us the mystery and the magic of the Universe.
Boyds Wellness Center has remained open throughout these pandemic times for energy healing via phone--and I look forward to being of service to clients in the New Year, as well.

Here's to knowing that you are in charge of your story! And you can take small steps, whatever occurs to you, just to move in the direction of your dreams.

And as you do that, look for amazing opportunities, incredible coincidences and enormous changes. These will start happening. Know that, believe it, just do the work, even just making a single phone call or sending out one email, and watch what magic comes to you.

Back from fun week away in Vermont and Mass., seeing friends and family along the way. So good to recharge and change up the routine, something we - like everyone - haven’t done in months/years.
